Exterior
The exterior of the villa offers a privileged setting with a saltwater swimming pool, landscaped garden and spectacular views of the sea and sunset. The spacious terrace is equipped with a dining table and comfortable built-in sofas, ideal for enjoying the outdoors. The garden offers direct access to the sea. On one side of the property there is a built-in barbecue, accompanied by an outdoor table and washing-up area, perfect for al fresco dining.
Interior
The main house is on one level, with bright rooms, sea views and air conditioning in all rooms. The open-plan living-dining room, connected to the kitchen, leads to the master suite on one side: a spacious double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom with a designer bathtub and separate shower. On the other side of the house are two additional double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers.
On the lower floor, the villa has a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. This room is ideal for staff or children, as it has a more basic level of finish. It does not have air conditioning, but it does have a portable fan.

Surroundings and location
Villa Marella is an elegant, modern property located on the seafront, with spectacular views of the Mediterranean and direct access to the water. It also has a buoy available for boats (price not included). Located in the exclusive area of Cap d'en Font, it is just a 5-minute walk from Binisafúa beach and less than a 10-minute drive from other iconic southern beaches such as Binidalí, Binibeca and Punta Prima. The charming village of San Luis, with all the necessary amenities, is only a 5-minute drive away, and the island's capital, Mahón, is 10 minutes away.
Booking conditions
Additional notes
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight number/boat number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.
- In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to confirm the times.
- Deposit refund: by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure from the accommodation.
- Late arrival: Arrange arrival with the agency at your destination. The entire booking must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the price of the accommodation.
