This beautiful and original villa is located in Binibeca, in a very quiet area and just a 2-minute walk from the charming fishing village. Binibeca beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and there is an excellent selection of bars, restaurants and souvenir shops in the surrounding area. The town of Sant Lluís is a 7-minute drive away and there is a bus connection to Mahón, the island's capital.

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight number/boat number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.
- In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to confirm the times.
- Deposit refund: by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure from the accommodation.
- Late arrival: Arrange arrival with the agency at your destination. The entire booking must be paid in advance.
