The estate has extensive grounds with well-tended gardens, shaded areas and outdoor relaxation spaces. The swimming pool, measuring 18 metres long by 4 metres wide, is surrounded by a terrace and offers unobstructed views of the sea across the rural landscape. Next to it, a petanque court with outdoor furniture and a pleasant lawn area invite you to relax. The main porch, connected to the kitchen and living room, is equipped with large sofas and a large dining table for enjoying evenings outdoors. Each of the annexes also has its own private porch with a table and chairs.

Surroundings and location
This charming country house is located in a privileged rural setting, at the end of a small road that crosses the road between Sant Lluís and Binisafúa beach, both less than 5 minutes away by car. Its location allows quick access to the main beaches in the south of the island, such as Alcaufar, Punta Prima, Biniparratx and Binidalí, all less than 10 minutes away. A vehicle is recommended for a comfortable stay.

- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight number/boat number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.
- In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to confirm the times.
- Deposit refund: by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure from the accommodation.
- Late arrival: Arrange arrival with the agency at your destination. The entire booking must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the price of the accommodation.
