The villa's outdoor area has been designed to offer a luxurious experience in total harmony with the surroundings. Highlights include a 12 x 6 metre private swimming pool with LED lighting and a separate 4 x 1.6 metre children's pool, surrounded by spacious natural stone terraces, designer sun loungers, beach-style parasols and a Balinese bed. The garden area with natural grass and native trees creates a safe and pleasant space for families. The outdoor dining area with a built-in barbecue, music and WiFi allows you to enjoy long evenings in a magical setting. From the upper terraces, guests can enjoy unique sunsets with 360° panoramic views.
Interior
Villa Gatona offers 330 m² of elegance and comfort spread over two floors, with capacity for up to 12 people. It has six spacious bedrooms: a master suite with a super king-size bed, private bathroom, dressing room and access to a 38 m² private terrace, and five double bedrooms (with convertible single beds), all with direct access to the outside and views of the countryside. There are five full bathrooms—two of them en suite—with marble finishes, rain showers and double sinks. The 43 m² living-dining room, with high ceilings and handcrafted details, includes a large solid oak table, fireplace, three sofas, satellite television, DVD/CD player, PlayStation 2 and sound system. The rustic-style kitchen with oak finishes is fully equipped with high-end appliances, a Nespresso coffee machine and ample storage space.
The villa has air conditioning and central heating in all rooms, ceiling fans, high-speed fibre optic WiFi and all services included for a worry-free stay: weekly cleaning, bed linen, bath and pool towels, and complete baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath, changing table and toys).

Booking conditions
Additional notes
- A few days before your arrival, you must contact the reception agency to inform them of your arrival time (flight number/boat number, if applicable) and arrange key collection.
- In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Contact the agency to confirm the times.
- Deposit refund: by bank transfer between 5 and 15 days after departure from the accommodation.
- Late arrival: Arrange arrival with the agency at your destination. The entire booking must be paid in advance.
- VAT included in the price of the accommodation.
